Standard Shipping

Free shipping on orders over R749.

R50 flat rate shipping on orders under R749.

All orders are shipped from our office in Cape Town.

Cape Town deliveries are generally next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

National deliveries are generally 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Outlying areas are generally 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Express Shipping - R100

Cape Town: We offer next day express shipping within Cape Town. Orders must be received by 13:00 in order to qualify for next day shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).

National: We offer express shipping to most major cities, delivery time is 1-2 business days. Orders must be received by 13:00 in order to be despatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Outlying: We offer express shipping to outlying areas, delivery time is generally 2-3 business days. Orders must be received by 13:00 in order to be despatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

*These delivery times are guidelines and bar delays while in transit.

Tracking 

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been despatched.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order please first check the status of your delivery using the tracking number that was emailed to you. If you need further assistance please email us at hello@zacandgray.co.za. 

Exchanges

If you have ordered the incorrect phone model, please email us at hello@zacandgray.co.za so that we can facilitate an exchange.

If you are based in Cape Town you are welcome to do the exchange in person at our office in Constantia. For all other exchanges there will be an additional charge for the return and re-delivery shipping fees.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item is faulty or damaged, please send us an email at hello@zacandgray.co.za so that we can assist further. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or faulty item.

Returns or Refunds

If you wish to return an item or request a refund, please send us an email at hello@zacandgray.co.za. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

There is a 10% restocking fee on returns for refund.

Cleaning

Cases, cords and straps can be cleaned with a mild detergent and water.

Please avoid putting cases in dark trousers, clothing pockets or rubbing against dyed items as colour transfer may occur.
