iPhone: Navigate to SETTINGS / GENERAL / ABOUT / MODEL NAME.

Samsung: Navigate to SETTINGS / scroll down to ABOUT PHONE.

All orders are shipped from our Cape Town office. We offer free standard shipping on orders over R749.

Orders are typically processed and sent within 2 business days. During peak periods, order processing times may be longer than usual.

Standard Shipping - R65

Express Shipping - R100

Orders received by 12:00 ship the same day.

Please note: Couriers deliver on business days only (excl. public holidays). Express orders placed after 12:00 on Thursdays or Fridays are typically delivered on Monday.

You're welcome to exchange items in person at our Constantia office. For courier exchanges, a return and re-delivery fee applies. 

Please note: Replacement or exchange requests after 6 months from the date of purchase may incur courier fees and are handled at our discretion.

Items must be unworn or unused and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items damaged through wear and tear.

We'll replace any item found to have a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase.

Replacements after this period may incur courier fees and are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

Clean cases, cords and straps with a mild detergent and water.

Avoid contact with dyed items (e.g. dark jeans, leather bags) and chemicals as colour transfer or discolouration may occur.

Excessive exposure to light, heat, and certain chemicals may cause transparent phone cases to discolour - this is not a stain, but rather the natural degradation of the phone case material.

Cases: ZAC+GRAY crossbody phone cases are available for all models of iPhone and the Samsung models listed below. ZAC+GRAY crossbody phone cases are only compatible with ZAC+GRAY cords, straps and hooks as each case has a unique indent which they click into.

MagSafe: ZAC+GRAY MagSafe cases have built-in magnets (MagSafe N52 2500 GS) to connect your phone to a wireless charger, allowing for faster and easier wireless charging. MagSafe cases are compatible with MagSafe accessories such as chargers and car mounts. MagSafe cases are available for iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 series models.

Cords: ZAC+GRAY cords are only compatible with ZAC+GRAY crossbody phone cases as they require a unique indent to click into the phone case. ZAC+GRAY cords cannot be used with any other phone cases. All ZAC+GRAY cases, cords and straps are interchangeable with one another. Cords can be purchased individually or with a crossbody phone case.

Straps can be purchased individually or with a crossbody phone case and can be combined with any colour hook, although we recommend choosing a hook in the same colour as your crossbody phone case.

Patterned Straps: ZAC+GRAY patterned straps come with a hook in the colour of your choice. If you wish to mix and match straps you simply need to unclip the strap from the hook. All ZAC+GRAY cases, cords and straps are interchangeable with one another. Patterned straps can be purchased individually or with a crossbody phone case and can be combined with any colour hook, although we recommend choosing a hook in the same colour as your crossbody phone case. Patterned straps can be used without hooks and therefore be used as a bag strap too.

Hooks: Hooks are sold separately so you can combine any strap with any ZAC+GRAY crossbody phone case. Simply clip the hook into your ZAC+GRAY crossbody phone case and then attach the strap of your choice. All ZAC+GRAY cases, cords, straps and hooks are interchangeable with one another.

AirPods Cases: ZAC+GRAY AirPods cases offer a sleek and stylish way to carry as well as protect your AirPods. Made from silicone, each case comes with a carabiner clip so you can attach it to your ZAC+GRAY crossbody phone case cord or strap.
