RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You therefore have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers will be liable for any shipping costs associated with processing a return for refund. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@zacandgray.co.za. If your return is accepted, you will receive an invoice for the shipping costs to be paid. Once paid, a courier will then collect the product(s) from you and ship them back to us. Once we have received the item and checked it, we will process your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting an refund will not be accepted.

The cost of shipping the item to you originally is non-refundable.

There is a 10% restocking fee for returns for refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Customers will be liable for any shipping costs associated with processing an exchange. To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@zacandgray.co.za. If your exchange is accepted, you will receive an invoice for the shipping costs to be paid. A courier will then collect the product(s) from you and ship them back to us. Once we have received the item and checked it, we will ship out the product that you would like in exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, or via EFT. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
