Shipping policy
ZAC+GRAY SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to only valid physical addresses within South Africa, on business days between 08:00 and 17:00.
The person accepting delivery may be asked to show identification.
2. Delivery Costs
- Free delivery on all orders over R749.
- Orders under R749 will have a delivery fee displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation and invoice email.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Most orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- During high-demand periods or special events (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday), delivery may take up to 10 business days.
4. Delivery Attempts
- Delivery will be attempted twice.
- If you are unavailable, refuse delivery, or neglect to attempt it after two attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges, or we may cancel the order.
- If cancelled, we'll refund the transaction value less any delivery charges already incurred.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after placement.
- Click the tracking number in your email to see your order's shipping status.
6. Risk & Title Transfer
- Title of products transfers to you when payment is charged and products are shipped.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
- This does not affect your rights under our Returns & Refunds policy.
